I know a few things that I need to do in order to achieve these goals.
-Gradually cut out mountain dew (which actually I am doing okay on)
-Eat more fruits and vegetables
-Get a job
-Cut down on how often I eat at restaurants
-Think before I get angry
-Be more understanding
-Take more time and be patient
All sorts of things, I am always wanting too much. And I always start off with a plan. But does it ever manifest?
Sometimes. For a while.
