I sit here and I set goals for myself and I watch myself fall off the wagon and not care. I want things to come too easily for me, I think. I'm not used to having to work so damn hard to keep up.
Strange week/weekend.
My knee still kind of hurts.
I have to start taking better care of myself. In so many different ways.
