I am eating better and drinking a lot less bad stuff and actually exercising again.
Now the only thing that bothers the hell out of me is I will eat a decent sized meal, and literally, an hour and a half later I am hungry again.
This happens throughout the day.
Eric and I played racquetball last night and we got in at about 8:30, so I was hungry and I ate half of an apple with some yogurt. And I was full.
45 minutes later, I was not.
And you know, this is past nine, so that isn't good.
It's just annoying.
